The Insta Pot is great and does everything we need. I could not read which way was ‘build pressure’ and which was ‘release pressure

I made a home made label as you can see from the picture. It just seems the manufacturer should improve this feature in future releases

I've been wanting a pressure cooker for a while now and have made the jump to Instantpot! I'm excited about all the possibilities to this pressure cooker. I use this everyday, if I am not sautéing my veggies or beef, I am using this to quickly pressure cook my chicken for an easy quick meal. Rice is easy and comes out perfectly every time. The manual comes with a convenient guide on cook times for different meats.

Cooking with this instapot has made making dinner that much easier and faster. I’ve thrown in some chicken with some other ingredients in there and it finishes in 15 minutes. Perfect for weeknight dinners.

If I had to choose ONE kitchen item and not have any other device I would select my Instant Pot. My video was made to help my friend use her new pot. Many people including me, had a sense of trepidation for its use. I have since become a routine Instant Pot cook!

I purchased the Insta Pot on recommendation from a friend. It was the absolute best item I’ve purchased; I cooked a pot roast and it was perfect. The meal was ready in less than an hour, the meat was tender and juicy. There was NO leftovers.

I’ve traveled and collected recipes from around the world. I’ve worked on some recipes, processes for years until perfect. This is all to say I love to cook and have a lot of experience. If you are just starting out in your first apartment or been around a long time this a great multifunction cooking appliance. I’ve always wanted a rice cooked. I have wanted a pressure cooker. Going to a Halloween party and bringing Chili we needed a crock pot/warmer. Most of these alone cost $75, $100+. There are thousands of Instant Slot recipes and video. It’s a craze! My only caution is that most recipes tell you at some point to press the Manual button to adjust your cooking time. The new Instant Pots like these don’t have a Manual Button. They have a Pressure Level Button to adjust the time for the instant buttons like, Rice, Stew, Soup, Poultry, Steam AND for Recipe times. Newbie or very experienced, this is a great appliance.
