A friend of mine has one of these and he loves it, so I decided to get one too, and now I understand why he likes it so much. I’ve had it for about a month and a half, and I’ve noticed t’s powerful when vacuuming, and effective when working on the area it has to. On the app, one can follow in real time the route the robot uses to clean; making the robot map the house is simple, the only thing I’d say Eufy could improve, is allowing more maps (the number of maps that can be saved, is 3).

I have five children and needless to say we have lots of crumbs. Part of our routine is to run this vacuum nightly after the kids start heading to bed. It’s pretty easy to use and much better than our Roomba. We’ve used it for weeks and I only had to empty in once, and in reality, it wasn’t full at all, I just wanted to see. One of the other things that I love is the hair cutting functionality. Such a smart move. I’d recommend this above other robot vacuums.

Buy it! You won’t regret it. I spent WEEKS comparing different robot vacuums. This is what I was looking for… 1. Self emptying 2. Self charging 3. Resume cleaning after charging 4. Smart mapping 5. App to use…. This thing checked all the boxes. Pretty much plug it in and that’s it, don’t mess with it for 2 months. Throw away the dirt bag when it’s full, no messing with loose dust making a mess. It doesn’t get stuck on anything so far. I have dogs and kids so lots of obstacles around and plenty of dirt. The app helps make your robot 100% customizable down to how often it returns home to empty. I love being able to see exactly where it is when I’m away from home while it’s cleaning. Buy it. Just do it. Save your time from vacuuming and do something else!

We have purchased many different smart vacuums and this one is by far the best! Having the technology to cut the hair is a GAME CHANGER! Being skeptical I've checked the brush a few times and each time it's clean!

It's also extremely smart! It will go back to the base every 15 minutes (you can change the time) and clean the brush and the pick right back up where it was, ensuring clean floors EVERY where! It does not run randomly, but more of a back and forth line. It doesn't bump into our furniture, it senses it and works around it. So again, clean floors!

We have a siberian husky and having this set on a daily timer, our floors are the cleanest they have ever been, each and every single day!

I know I’ve only had this for a week but I just love waking up to a clean floor. I have her set to sweep for me every night at 11:30!! I was afraid it was going to wake the dogs but it’s so quite they don’t even know it’s working. I pray it holds up to the collie test as I have two with a lot of hair BUT so far so good.

I LOVE this thing. It is incredibly efficient and ACTUALLY runs a smart path, even through my oddly shaped apartment. I have two huskies and I have never been able to just wear socks around the house without them being covered in fur, until I got this vacuum.
I have only run it 3 times as of now, but the brushes are completely hair free, and I have super long hair.
I previously has a different robot vacuum and it could not successfully empty itself (I assume because it always collected too much dog hair). That drove me crazy BUT THIS VACUUM automatically does to its base every 15 minutes to empty and it has been successful every time. The scheduling has been amazing, too.

I’ll update if my new best friend and I get into any fights, but as of now, love it!

Update: it is still great, however, for my one bed apartment, it is just as much effort to clear all the dog toys and move everything the robot could run into as it is to manually vacuum real quick, so I’ve decided it’s not for me..

I’ve had a couple other robot vacuums and none of the compare to this one. The app is great. You can let it to its own thing or plot where you want it to go. The hair detangling feature is impressive - our house has 3 long haired girls and two Australian shepherds and previous vacuums constantly had issues with the rollers getting too tangled to run after a couple weeks. This thing has been going strong without any help for hair removal for two months and the roller brush is perfectly clean. We love it so much we just bought a second one for our room.

We got this cleaning machine because we have cats. One of our cats sheds a lot of hair and we are tired of cleaning, so we got this cleaning device and we love it! It is efficient and doesn’t bother anyone! Highly recommended! No apps needed, you just press a button and it starts cleaning 👍🏼

When I convinced my wife to let our family add a 12-week-old Basset Hound puppy to our family, I clearly lied to her by saying I would vacuum the house every day to rid our home of dog hair. After about a month of having this wonderful puppy in our house, I got called out on my blatant lie. Knowing I could never pick up a vacuum, I decided to get this robot vacuum. This is everything and more. It does a great job and gets every inch of our house clean. I am no longer in the dog house because after easily connecting this unit to my Alexa app, I can simply tell it to clean the house with my voice and it does!. My blatant lie has turned into keeping my promise and more.
